The Russian Christian Academy for the Humanities was founded in 1989 by a group of university professors and academic scholars as an independent and autonomous institution of higher learning in the humanities. Through a high level of faculty and alumni involvement the Institute prepares students to pursue careers in such new fields as religious education or comparative mythology, as well as in traditional specializations.
