Public schools in Fort Wayne, Indiana, have been accused of allowing Christian churches to bring trailers onto campuses in order to provide “religious release time” to students—instead of attending their regular classes. The parents of one third grade student, upset after learning their child had been attending the religious education for weeks without the school informing them, are suing the school district to stop the use of taxpayer dollars to host Christian teachings, which are run by The Associated Churches of Fort Wayne and Allen County.
