A Pakistan-born Muslim woman will discuss “Shoah through Muslim Eyes” to the local community.
Mehnaz Mona Afridi, director of the Holocaust, Genocide and Interfaith Education Center at Manhattan College in New York, will discuss this topic at 7 p.m. on Nov. 21 at the Jewish Museum of Florida-FIU, 301 Washington Ave. in Miami Beach. This lecture is part of a three-program series on Muslim-Jewish Relations presented by Florida International University’s recently launched Jewish Studies Initiatives.
