This research centre has the broad goal of studying the cultural differences between Asia and the West.

ERB Related Activities
As part of the Rethinking Religion in India Conference, two workshops on education about religions were held.

1) How to teach about the Indian religions and traditions?' and
2) How to Launch and Develop the Academic Study of Religion in South Asia: Does the University of Dhaka Provide a Model?
